Twist off the claws of the lobster first.

Next, remove the tail from the body of the lobster.  Break off the tail flippers next.  You will get meat from within the flippers.
Using your fork, push the tail meat out in one full piece.  You need to remove the black thin vein that runs down the length of the tail meat before eating.
Tomalley is a green substance that is found in the body of the lobster.  When you separate the shell from the underside of the lobster, you’ll find it.  To do this, simply pull the shell apart.
Crack the underside of the body to pull it apart.  Remove the meat from the leg joints and in the legs.  To do this easily, simply bite down on the leg and squeeze it out with the help of your teeth.
